E.H. Lawrence is currently undertaking a very unique remodeling project in Chisholm, MN that will be a great addition to the community! The Roosevelt School has been a cherished landmark of Chisholm as an educational facility for grades K-6 for many years. The school is now being remodeled by E.H. Lawrence into a Senior Living Complex with a physicians office conveniently located on the main floor. Many of the architectural pieces have been preserved, lending a refined character to each of the one and two-bedroom apartments.
